Procter & Gamble, based in Rome, offers an HR internship at its Rome General Office. You will lead assessment and design tasks, work on transitions, and contribute to process improvements with direct business impact.

• Master student or recent graduate in a related field, with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Fluent in Italian and have an excellent ability to communicate in English.
• Available for a 6 months internship.
• Knowledge of data analytics and systems navigation and the ability to deliver breakthrough results.
• Creativity, innovation, initiative and follow-through with your goals, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.

As an intern in Human Resources, you will be responsible for leading organizations through assessment, design, transition, work process improvements or working directly with a function. This is not your typical HR internship – you will have truly meaningful projects to work on. At this internship, your projects will deliver deep understanding in areas such as Employee & Labor Relations, HR Business Partnership, Employee Engagement, Organization Design, Project Management, etc.

You might be involved in
