ContourGlobal, a KKR company, seeks a Human Resources Intern in Milan to support HR activities for the Italian and Greek teams. You will report to the Human Resources Specialist and assist with recruiting, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee files, and HR reporting in a fast-moving, international environment.

This role offers exposure to HR projects, training initiatives, and cross-border collaboration, with a focus on compliance, data management, and delivering value to our diverse

Competenze

• Master degree in social sciences (economics and commerce, law preferred).
• HR-related specialization (exam, thesis, course) required.
• Fluent English and Italian; basic knowledge of Greek is a plus.
• Good command of Excel and PowerPoint.

Mansioni

• Support recruiting process (job descriptions, interviews, applicant correspondence, Hiring Manager support).
• Support onboarding of new hires (documents, onboarding planning, onboarding presentation).
• Assist HR business partnership activities and maintain employee files.
• Coordinate with external payroll provider (enrolment/cancellation for health insurance, payroll queries).
• Be a contact for local employees on HR matters and assist new hires from abroad.

We are looking for a Human Resources Intern in Milan

As Human Resources Intern, you will join our Human Resources team! In this role, you will report to Human Resources Specialist and will have the opportunity to support the HR activities at 360 degrees for the Italian and Greek team, acting as Business Partner in a challenging and fast moving environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Support recruiting process (preparation of job descriptions, coordination of job interviews, correspondence with applicants, and support of Hiring Managers)
• Support onboarding process of new hires (preparation and follow-up of various documents, planning and coordination of onboarding, responsibility for the HR onboarding presentation, implementation of new ideas to improve the candidate journey)
• Support the activity of HR business partnership
• Be responsible for updating employee files and ensuring the proper filing of various documents
• Prepare various documents (job references, job descriptions, work confirmations, employment agreements, bonus letters, etc.)
• Coordinate payroll matters with our external payroll provider (enrolment and cancellation of employees to health insurance, answering various questions related to payment of employees, etc)
• Be a contact person for local employees in HR-related matters (including support for new employees from abroad)
• Support in the creation and implementation of training projects
• Support the creation of various reports and continuous updating of reporting data for budget and others
• Participate in Corporate HR Project when needed
• Ensure employees data are regularly updated in the dedicated HRIS tool
• Support the HR Manager on compliance with all HR policies and processes
• Support the team in General services activities (i.e. fleet management, desk booking management)
• Any other task that might be relevant and required by the management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Master Degree in Social sciences (economics and commerce, law preferred).
• An HR-related specialization (exam, thesis, course) is required.
• Fluent English and Italian are required; Basic knowledge of Greek is considered a plus.
• Good command of Excel and Power Point.
