Technogym in Forlì, Italy, seeks a Human Performance Data Specialist to analyze complex datasets and develop data-driven training methodologies based on scientific evidence.

You will collaborate with engineering, marketing and commercial teams to turn insights into products and programs, publish findings, and advance innovative performance assessment protocols.

Competenze

• Master’s degree and/or Ph.D. in Exercise Science, Biomedical Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or related disciplines.
• Strong experience in complex data analysis and proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB.
• Excellent knowledge of exercise physiology and training principles.
• Ability to work with large datasets and develop predictive models using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex data insights for diverse audiences.
• Experience with Gas Exchange Analyzers, EMG and Motion Capture is a plus.

Your Role

We are looking for a Human Performance Data Specialist to join our team at Technogym. The position will focus on the analysis and interpretation of complex data related to human performance, with the goal of developing innovative training methodologies, personalized programs, and functional assessment protocols based on data and scientific evidence.

What you should bring:

• Master’s degree and/or Ph.D. in Exercise Science, Biomedical Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or related disciplines.
