COMAS in Silea, Italy, seeks a Health and Safety support professional to assist the RSPP in core safety activities. You will help develop safety culture projects, manage non-conformities, and coordinate health assessments with the physician.

The role also covers training records, audits, contractor documentation, and system procedures while ensuring regulatory compliance. Excellent English and teamwork are essential.

Competenze

• Technical education, preferably in Civil and Industrial Safety Engineering or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar HSE role.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with MS Excel.

Mansioni

• Support the development and management of safety culture projects.
• Support management of non-conformities and related corrective actions.
• Support occupational health fitness assessments with the physician.
• Assist training records on safety topics and internal audits.
• Coordinate with external contractors (documentation, DUVRI).
• Help maintain system documentation (procedures, forms).
• Support internal deadlines and regulatory compliance requirements.
