Canon EMEA is seeking an Assistant Health & Safety Prevention and Protection Officer (ASPP) to support the implementation and continuous improvement of our Health & Safety management system in Milano. You will work closely with the H&S Manager (RSPP) to promote a strong safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance, contributing to a safe and healthy workplace for all employees.

You will act as the internal reference for OHS matters, assist in updating risk assessments and safety procedures,

Competenze

• Bachelor-level degree in engineering, occupational health & safety, prevention techniques or a related technical discipline.
• ASPP qualification in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008 (Modules A and B).
• Approximately 4–6 years of experience in occupational health & safety roles in industrial, manufacturing, logistics or service environments.
• Knowledge of Italian OHS legislation (D.L. 81/2008).
• Knowledge of ISO 45001; familiarity with ISO 9001 is a plus.
• Experience in workplace inspections, internal audits and risk assessment activities.

Mansioni

• Act as the internal reference for OHS matters, supporting the external H&S Manager (RSPP).
• Support the RSPP in implementing and improving OHS measures and ensure compliance with legislation.
• Collaborate with HR, managers and workers to coordinate OHS activities and documentation.
• Maintain DVR, risk assessments, and safety procedures.
• Conduct inspections, identify hazards, and monitor corrective actions.
• Manage compliance calendars for statutory obligations and health surveillance.
• Assist in accident management, reporting and safety training activities.
• Assist in audits and safety meetings, promoting a positive safety culture.
