Sirio Solutions Engineering SpA (SSE SpA) is seeking an EHSS Specialist and RSPP to promote a robust health, safety, environmental and security culture across the organization, ensuring compliance with Italian legislation and company policies at sites in Italy and abroad.

You will lead EHSS training, assess risks, check PPE, support incident investigations, coordinate audits, and liaise with suppliers and project teams to maintain ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards while driving continuous

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's in Environmental/Civil Engineering or related field.
• RSPP qualification including Module C per Italian rules.
• Health & Safety Trainer qualification according to ministerial decree.
• At least 2 years in EHSS/HSE roles.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and Italian laws.

Mansioni

• Promote EHSS culture and awareness across the organization.
• Coordinate EHSS training programs and recording of compliance.
• Identify, assess and monitor EHSS risks; implement preventive measures.
• Ensure proper PPE use and manage PPE procurement within budget.
• Investigate workplace incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Conduct site visits in Italy and abroad to verify compliance.
• Support review of supplier safety documents and regulatory alignment.
• Prepare EHSS documentation for customers and authorities.
• Coordinate facilities maintenance and safety infrastructure.
• Support vehicle fleet management and waste disposal in line with regs.
