Descrizione del lavoro

Saipem Offshore Construction is seeking an ASPP to join the Prevention and Protection Service in Italy. You will support the RSPP in managing occupational health and safety risks and ensure compliance with Legislative Decree 81/2008 and company policies.

We value English proficiency at least B2, a relevant degree in Safety or engineering, and 1–2 years of experience in industrial or construction settings. Hybrid working and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Competenze

English level B2 or higher is required.
Degree in Occupational Safety, Prevention Sciences, Engineering or related field is preferred.
ASPP qualification or equivalent safety coordination certification is advantageous.

Mansioni

Support the RSPP in identifying and assessing health and safety risks at workplaces/work activities.
Contribute to risk assessments, prevention measures, procedures and improvement plans.
Monitor compliance with Italian HSE laws (Legislative Decree 81/2008) and company policies.
Carry out workplace inspections and follow-up corrective actions.
Assist in contractor/supplier safety coordination and documentation reviews.
Support safety training, information, and awareness initiatives for workers.
Assist incident analysis and the development of preventive/corrective actions.
Contribute to emergency preparedness, audits, and safety documentation management.
