Job summary

Prysmian Group in Milano is seeking a Project HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental efforts across projects. You will plan, implement and supervise HSE activities, ensuring compliance with laws, international standards, and client requirements while coordinating with offshore/onshore teams and suppliers.

The role emphasizes risk assessment, incident investigations and the development of HSE training programs to promote a safety culture across the organization and its partners.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of HSE management experience in EPCI with onshore/offshore and vessel operations.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001; lead auditor is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication and ability to work in international/multicultural environments.

Responsibilities

• Define project HSE management strategy and activities across the project lifecycle.
• Assist functions and project teams with clients on Health, Safety and Environment issues.
• Ensure HSE activities comply with applicable laws, standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with manufactury HSE teams and operations to implement HSE culture.
• Ensure vessel operations comply with ISM Code, SOLAS and MARPOL.
• Assist project team in Risk Management (HAZID/HAZOP) and investigations.
• Conduct HSE audits and develop safety training programs.
• Lead development and auditing of the Company HSE Management System.
• Lead collection and analysis of HSE indicators.
