Nestlé Purina is seeking a Project Health, Safety and Environment Specialist for a greenfield project in Mantova. You will support installation, start-up and operation of modern automated production systems, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

The role requires a technical degree and 4–5 years of relevant experience, with Italian and English fluency. A permanent full-time contract is offered with a competitive gross annual base salary.

Competenze

• University degree in technical studies is required.
• 4–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in manufacturing sector is a must; food factory experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of safety legislation (d.Lgs 81/08).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Italian and English languages.

Mansioni

• Ensure compliance with local legislation and Nestlé HSE standards and principles; integrate SHE into planning and reviews.
• Implement effective risk management procedures according to the RSPP.
• Ensure site safety for employees, contractors and visitors with proper signage and risk controls.
• Maintain high standards of health and hygiene and ensure emergency medical response readiness.
• Ensure safe working practices for high frequency risks and high hazard tasks.
• Provide high-quality HSE support: exposure monitoring, health promotion, health surveillance, training.
• Support LEAN initiatives and drive continuous improvement in Safety/Health/Environmental Sustainability.
• Communicate effectively across organizational levels.
