Nestlé Purina Italy is launching a greenfield Mantova site and seeks a Project Health, Safety & Environment Manager to lead HSE across construction activities. The role requires coordinating with Nestlé management, contractors, and local authorities to ensure safety, health, and environmental excellence on site.

The successful candidate will develop and implement the Project HSE Management Plan, monitor risk, and drive continuous improvement in safety performance while communicating effectively

Competenze

• Proven experience managing HSE activities in active worksite environments.
• Ability to oversee contractors and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Experience translating policies into operational plans and risk controls.
• Fluency in Italian and English required.

Mansioni

• Develop and communicate the Project HSE Management Plan and ensure its effective implementation.
• Monitor site standards, identify and address safety performance gaps.
• Coordinate with local authorities, Nestlé management and contractors to ensure compliance.
• Provide coaching to management on risk management and regulatory duties.
