Nestlé Purina Italy in Mantova is seeking a Project Engineer - Process to drive the execution of capital investment projects from design through commissioning on our manufacturing site. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners, ensuring safety, quality and compliance while meeting project milestones.

The role requires English fluency, knowledge of Italian is advantageous, and the base salary is €57,500 with a 7% annual bonus.

Competenze

Manufacturing projects management experience in capital investment is advantageous.
Experience managing own project scope with limited supervision and coordinating cross-functional internal and external stakeholders.
Participation in projects in process technologies, process equipment, hygienic-processing systems or related areas is a plus.
Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory; knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
Compensation package: CCNL Industria Alimentare, Impiegato 1° Livello, Annual Base Salary: €57.500 + 7% Annual bonus.

Mansioni

Responsible for design, implementation and start-up phases of capital investment projects on the construction/manufacturing site within the assigned Process scope.
Prepare URS, manage bidding, P&ID and BoQ/BoM deliverables, schedules and cost estimates; oversee installation, testing and commissioning of process lines and utilities.
Monitor progress, resolve issues, minimize delays and ensure safe, compliant completion of the assigned scope.
