Nestlé Purina is seeking a Packing Engineer to lead the implementation and startup phases of capital investment projects at our manufacturing site in Lombardia. You will follow Nestlé standards, coordinate internal and external resources, and ensure safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires 3-5 years in manufacturing project management within the food industry, English fluency, and Italian knowledge as a plus. We offer hybrid options and a strong development culture.

Competenze

• Manufacturing projects management ("making it happen"): 3-5 years experience in capital investment projects development and implementation in food industry.
• Determination of methods to minimize the likelihood of injuries or damages to people and/or equipment (HSE)
• Factory operations experience.

Mansioni

• Ensure implementation and start-up phases of capital investment projects on the manufacturing site, following the project brief, design specifications and Nestlé standards.
• Take site constraints into account in the project definition and design
• Fulfill "engineering" project concept
• Organize project execution
• Mobilize resources (internal & external)
• Ensure the coordination with plant design
• Select and qualify contactors
• Coordinate contractors’ activities
• Ensure Nestlé standards are applied
• Help the Vertical Project Manager to review the Vertical Project brief
• Promote development of environment-friendly and sustainable solutions.
