EssilorLuxottica is seeking an HSE Manager to coordinate health, safety, and environmental programs at the Lauriano plant in Italy. You will serve as RSPP, promoting a strong safety and sustainability culture in collaboration with site leadership and cross-functional teams.

The role requires a degree in Engineering or EHS, mandatory RSPP certification, and fluency in Italian and English. You will drive regulatory compliance, incident investigations, and EHS training while advancing

Competenze

Degree in Engineering or EHS-related field.
Certified RSPP (mandatory)
Knowledge of EHS regulations and risk management

Mansioni

Coordinate and implement health, safety, and environmental programs at Lauriano plant.
Act as RSPP and align with EMEA EHS function and other sites
Lead incident investigations and corrective actions
Develop and deliver EHS training and awareness programs
Drive sustainability initiatives (waste, energy, emissions)
Ensure regulatory compliance and reporting standards
Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, HR, auditors, and authorities
