EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Health, Safety and Environment Intern to join the HSE Department in Milan. The role involves supporting the HSE Manager with regulatory compliance, KPI collection, and reporting across group companies in Italy.

You will engage in risk assessment, safety projects, and incident investigations, gaining hands-on experience in Italian EHS policies and procedures. A strong passion for health and safety and a proactive attitude are essential.

Competenze

• Educational background in Environment and Workplace Prevention Techniques, Safety and Prevention Engineering, Environmental Engineering; ASPP/RSPP qualification considered a plus.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Office package.

Mansioni

• RISK ASSESSMENT AND PREVENTIVE MEASURES: Support identification of potential safety risks and implementation of relevant preventive measures.
• LEGAL COMPLIANCE: Support compliance with all applicable safety and environment regulations.
• SAFETY PROJECTS: Collaborate with Maintenance, Training, HR to identify and implement safety-related projects.
• INCIDENT MANAGEMENT: Prepare reports about incident causes and recommendations to prevent recurrences.
• KPIS MONITORING: Collect and monitor KPIs for safety and environment.
• REPORTING: Prepare reporting documents about HSE aspects management.
