EssilorLuxottica in Milano, Italy, seeks an EHS Wearable - Electric, Electronics, Equipment, Products Manager to lead global EHS policies and standards for EEE products. You will partner with BU EHS, R&D, Quality, Compliance, Sourcing, Legal, Logistics, and Retail Leadership to drive compliant programs and risk management.

The role stresses governance, training, audits, and collaboration across regions, with opportunities to influence sustainability and safety across a global eyewear leader.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of experience in EHS related roles.
• Degree in a relevant EHS discipline.
• Knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessment and incident investigation methodologies.
• Fluent in English written and spoken.
• Availability to travel.
• Ability to work in group and influence others.

Mansioni

• Participate in the Stage and Gate process led by Quality and Compliance for new EEE product launches.
• Participate in new market expansion approvals for EEE products.
• Develop training material for all employees involved to assure understanding of EHS programs and requirements.
• Define EHS requirements within contracts with vendors/suppliers with Legal and Sourcing.
• Ensure EHS compliance in production processes with Operation Managers and regional leaders.
• Perform Internal EHS Audits across different business/processes.
• Define periodic EHS assessments and inspection checklists.
• Define emergency response guidelines and training.
