Nestlé is seeking an experienced HSE Leader to drive health, safety and environmental efforts for a new manufacturing site launch. You will translate policies into operational plans, manage risk, and coordinate with authorities and Nestlé management to uphold high standards across project planning, design-for-construction, and contractor oversight.

You will guide a multi-contractor team, develop HSE plans, deliver training, and conduct audits to ensure safe, compliant and sustainable site

Competenze

• University Degree in technical studies; engineering background preferred.
• Experience in complex construction sites.
• Experience in HSE management in multi-contractor environments.
• Experience translating policies into practical action plans.
• Development and implementation of HSE Management Plans.
• Specific training in Health & Safety or relevant certifications.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Develop and communicate the site HSE Management Plan and ensure its implementation.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation and Nestlé HSE standards across project activities.
• Manage risk procedures: worker orientation, risk assessment, method statements, lifting plans, permit to work, emergency planning.
• Maintain a safe and healthy site with proper access, signage, hygiene, and emergency response.
• Coach and develop managers and team leaders on risk management and duties.
• Provide guidance and coordinate internal and external resources for SHE supports.
• Conduct audits and reviews to drive continuous improvement.
• Engage with stakeholders (contractors, regulators, communities, NGOs) on HSE topics.
