Gruppo Lactalis Italia is seeking an HSE Specialist to join the HSE function for the Castelli BU, supporting Garbagna Novarese, Abbiategrasso and Carbonara al Ticino plants. You will help manage the HSE System, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive safety and environmental initiatives across sites.

You will collaborate with plant directors, external consultants, and HR to update risk assessments, train personnel, and implement preventive measures, while coordinating audits and contractor

Competenze

• Degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Legislative Decree 81/2008 risk assessment methodologies and DPR 152/06.
• Proficient in English; French is a plus.
• Excellent MS Office and data processing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects and show proactivity.

Mansioni

• Support the Group HSE/RSPP in managing and developing the HSE Management System.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation at sites of competence.
• Collaborate with plant Directors to promote safety culture and sustainability.
• Update DVR and other assessments with external consultants and stakeholders.
• Develop procedures and instructions with production, maintenance and technical teams.
• Coordinate HSE training and onboarding for new hires and contractors.
• Manage PPE distribution and supervision.
• Monitor HSE events and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate contracts and construction sites documentation (DUVRI).
• Monitor environmental compliance including waste management and emissions.
• Conduct internal audits and inspections to identify improvement opportunities.
