EssilorLuxottica in Milano, Italy offers a Retail Italia Store Communications & Processes Internship embedded in the Store Operations team to optimize store processes and support tool rollouts for field operations.

The role requires a Master’s degree near completion, fluency in English and Italian, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, organized mindset. This internship spans communications, merchandising, and retail operations roles across the organization.

Mansioni

• Carry out sector analyses and reporting.
• Assist in implementing new store tools to improve field processes.
• Draft operating manuals for new projects and process revisions.
• Support maintenance of new cash systems for S&V and GV.
• Assist in communication to stores and training materials.
• Coordinate with Area Managers and stores for in-store applications.
