Responsibilities

• Act as the RSPP for the site, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations.
• Lead HSE programs and drive a proactive safety culture.
• Maintain risk assessments, procedures, and documentation.
• Plan and manage audits and ensure legal/corporate compliance.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Develop HSE KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate HSE training and ensure mandatory training.
• Engage with health professionals, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Support operations in risk identification and mitigation.
• Oversee environmental compliance, waste, emissions, permits.
• Manage HSE management systems and assist certifications.
