Responsibilities

• Agire come RSPP per lo stabilimento, assicurando conformità alle normative HSE.
• Guidare i programmi HSE del sito e promuovere una cultura della sicurezza.
• Mantenere e migliorare valutazioni dei rischi, procedure HSE e documentazione.
• Pianificare e gestire audit interni/esterni, conformità legale e aziendale.
• Investigare incidenti, near-miss e condizioni non sicure, adottando azioni correttive e preventive.
• Sviluppare, monitorare e comunicare KPI HSE, guidando miglioramenti.
• Coordinare programmi di formazione HSE e garantire la conformità formativa.
• Collaborare con professionisti sanitari, autorità regolatorie e stakeholder esterni.
• Supportare i team operativi in identificazione e mitigazione dei rischi.
• Supervisionare conformità ambientale, gestione rifiuti, emissioni e permessi.
• Gestire i sistemi di gestione HSE e supportare certificazioni (ISO).
• Promuovere l'engagement e la consapevolezza sulla sicurezza.

The HSE Engineer will focus on ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the industrial/manufacturing sector. This role involves developing and implementing effective safety procedures, risk assessments, and training programs to maintain a safe working environment.

• Act as the RSPP (Health & Safety Manager) for the site, ensuring full compliance with HSE regulations.
• Lead the site's Health, Safety & Environment programs, driving a proactive safety culture across the organization.
• Maintain and continuously improve risk assessments, HSE procedures, and statutory documentation.
• Plan and manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate requirements.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop, track, and report HSE KPIs, promoting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate HSE training programs and ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.
• Partner with occupational health professionals, regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders.
• Support operational teams in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation activities.
• Oversee environmental compliance, including waste management, emissions, and permits.
• Manage HSE management systems and support certification processes (e.g. ISO standards).
• Champion employee engagement and awareness initiatives to strengthen the site's safety culture.

Requisiti: A successful HSE Engineer should have:A degree in engineering or a related field.KDegree in Engineering, preferably Chemical, Environmental, Safety Engineering, or a related discipline.7-10 years of HSE experience within manufacturing, chemical, or process industry environments.Qualified to act as RSPP according to Italian regulations.Strong knowledge of D.Lgs. 81/08 and applicable environmental legislation.Proven experience managing audits and certified management systems.Solid understanding of industrial processes and manufacturing operations.Fluent English, both written and spoken.Pragmatic, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach with strong influencing skills.Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels.
