DAB Pumps is seeking an EHS Specialist to manage all HSE activities across operational sites. The role reports to the HS Manager and collaborates closely with the Plant Manager to ensure compliance with Italian law and group directives.

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree focused on environmental or safety disciplines, fluent English, and strong experience implementing ISO 45001 and ISO 14001. A proactive, collaborative mindset is essential for improving HSE performance across

Competenze

Engineering degree, preferably Environmental or Safety Engineering.
Qualified to assume the role of RSPP at operations sites according to Italian law.
Specialized training in occupational health and safety, environment and sustainability per Italian requirements.
HSE experience in industrial operations contexts, preferably mechanical sector.
Experience implementing ISO 45001 and ISO 14001/Others.

Mansioni

Act as EHS specialist and RSPP at operational sites in compliance with Italian law.
Identify, manage and control applicable HSE requirements per group directives.
Conduct risk analyses and HSE assessments tailored to activities and organization.
Draft, monitor and update prevention, protection and improvement plans based on risk assessments.
Perform internal inspections and audits to monitor HSE management across sites.
Report to HS Manager and collaborate with site management on prevention measures and action plans.
Support authorities and regulatory bodies, managing permits and compliance with requirements.
Ensure operations comply with permits and ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and other applicable systems.
