Electrolux Professional Group is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to shape the future of our people and business across Southern Europe. Based in Pordenone, Italy, you will partner with leaders across Italy, Spain, Greece and Turkey to drive organizational performance and leadership development.

You will manage the full employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with local labor law, support growth through change initiatives, and serve as a trusted advisor to country leadership in a dynamic

Competenze

• 5+ years of HRBP experience in an international matrix organization.
• Experience supporting commercial or sales-driven businesses.
• Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and employee relations.
• Proven track record leading organizational change.
• Fluent in English; additional South European language is a plus.
• Relevant education in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

SENIOR HR BUSINESS PARTNER – BA Food Solutions, South Europe

At Electrolux Professional, people are at the heart of everything we do. As we continue to grow our Food Business Area across Southern Europe, we are looking for a trusted HR Business Partner who thrives in complexity, embraces change, and wants to make a real business impact.

Based in Pordenone, Italy, you will play a key role in supporting and challenging our commercial organization across Italy, Spain, Greece and Turkey. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving organizational performance, leadership effectiveness, and sustainable growth across Southern Europe.

What You Will Be Doing

You will support approximately 175 employees across Southern Europe and act as Country HR Manager for Spain, Greece and Turkey. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with local labor legislation, and support leaders through growth, transformation, and organizational change.

You will play a key role in areas such as:

• Organizational design and change management
• Leadership coaching and development
• Talent acquisition and succession planning
• Employee and labor relations
• Transformation and workforce planning
• Diversity, equity and inclusion
• Compensation and reward discussions
• HR process excellence and compliance

You are a curious and commercially minded HR Business Partner who thrives in a dynamic, international environment. You understand how people and leadership drive business performance and are confident in challenging conventional thinking to deliver better outcomes.

We Believe You Bring

• 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience in an international matrix organization.
• Experience supporting commercial or sales-driven businesses.
• Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and employee relations.
• Proven track record leading organizational change and restructuring initiatives.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into people solutions.Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and leadership coaching skills.
• Curious, data-driven and open to digital and AI-enabled ways of working.
• Fluent in English, any other South European language is an advantage.
• Relevant education in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
