Job summary
Moncler Group in Milan is seeking an engaged People Organizational Excellence Intern to join our Global Headquarters team. Immediate availability and a 6-month internship are expected.
You will support HR process improvements, map processes, analyze requirements, assist in evolving HR tools globally, and help prepare training materials and communications for end users, collaborating with international stakeholders.
The monthly stipend is €800 and canteen access or meal vouchers are provided.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or a related field
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Interest in HR processes, digital tools, process improvement, and organizational transformation
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to work in an international and cross-functional environment
Responsibilities
- Support the analysis and mapping of HR processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to the development of efficient and innovative solutions
- Collaborate in gathering and analyzing functional requirements, supporting the evolution of HR systems and the implementation of new features to enable business processes
- Contribute to the preparation of training materials and communication initiatives, encouraging the adoption and effective use of HR tools among end users
- Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders to gather local requirements and promote solutions aligned with global business needs
