Amazon in Italy seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to lead the end-to-end employee experience at assigned site(s) with mobility across locations. You will partner with Field Leaders and General Managers to balance operational needs with people priorities, driving engagement, safety, and organizational health.

You will leverage analytics and HR technology to inform decisions, coach leaders on performance and change, and ensure high-touch, compliant HR support across the campus.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Knowledge of local labor law.
• Experience as a human resource generalist.
• Experience with human resource theory, functions and practice, performance appraisal systems and staff development.
• Experience supporting hourly employee client group.
• Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems.
