Procter & Gamble, based in Rome, offers an HR internship at its Rome General Office. You will lead assessment and design tasks, work on transitions, and contribute to process improvements with direct business impact.

The program provides real ownership from Day 1, strong mentorship, and a focus on development across Employee Relations, HR Partnerships, and Organization Design. You will collaborate on projects with global brands, gain exposure to analytics, and participate in a dynamic, inclusive

Competenze

• Master student or recent graduate in a related field, with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Fluent in Italian and have an excellent ability to communicate in English.
• Available for a 6 months internship.
• Knowledge of data analytics and systems navigation and the ability to deliver breakthrough results.
• Creativity, innovation, initiative and follow-through with your goals, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
