Job summary

The candidate will help ensure compliance with local laws and company policies, support orientation for new hires, and contribute to HR reporting and project teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.
• No supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support management with handling Human Resources issues.
• Coordinate applicant drug screens, reference checks, background checks, and other verifications.
• Maintain applicant flow, logs, and new hire files in HRIS.
• Support payroll processing and payroll records in line with policies.
• Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Train new hires on HR processes, programs, and systems.
