MAGROUP Magnaghi Aerospace, Brindisi site, is seeking an HR Generalist Intern to support the HR Manager and senior tutors in daily personnel management. You will gain a 360-degree view of employee lifecycle processes and participate in onboarding, training, and HR reporting within a high-precision industrial context.

The internship offers structured mentoring, project exposure, and a net monthly internship allowance of €800 plus meal vouchers.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics, HR, or related disciplines.
• Good knowledge of the Office suite, with excellent mastery of Excel.
• Good knowledge of the English language (both written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Support onboarding, extensions, transformations, and terminations documentation.
• Assist in mapping training needs and coordinating corporate training.
• Support Talent Acquisition through job postings and resume screening.
• Assist onboarding procedures to welcome and integrate new employees.
• Maintain and update employee profiles and HR files in management systems.
• Assist in collecting data for HR reporting and workforce monitoring.
• Participate in digitalization and optimization projects of HR processes.
• Prepare institutional presentations and internal documentation.

For our Brindisi site, with a view to strengthening the Human Resources Team, we are looking for a candidate to fill the role of HR Generalist Intern.

The candidate, placed in a challenging and high-precision industrial context, will support the HR Manager and senior tutors in daily personnel management and administration activities. The internship offers the opportunity to gain a 360-degree vision and practical knowledge of all the main processes related to the employee lifecycle.

Main Activities

• Support the management of contractual documentation relating to onboarding, extensions, transformations, and terminations of employment relationships;
• Collaborate in mapping the plant's training needs and support the logistical organization of corporate training courses;
• Support the Talent Acquisition process through job postings and resume screening;
• Support the planning and execution of onboarding procedures to welcome and integrate new employees into the company;
• Collaborate in preparing, collecting, archiving, and updating employee profiles and files on HR management systems;
• Collaborate in collecting and organizing data related to the company workforce for the constant update of monitoring files and HR reporting;
• Actively participate in digitalization, efficiency, and optimization projects of the Human Resources administrative processes;
• Support the team in preparing institutional presentations and internal documentation.

Requirements

Hard Skills

• Degree in Economics, HR, or related disciplines;
• Strong interest in labor law topics and in personnel administration and management processes within structured industrial contexts;
• Good knowledge of the Office suite, with a specific focus on and excellent mastery of Excel;
• Good knowledge of the English language (both written and spoken).

Soft Skills

• Methodological precision, high confidentiality, reliability, and strong attention to detail;
• Excellent organizational skills, teamwork attitude, proactivity, and strong motivation to learn.
