Sergio Rossi, marchio di lusso made-in-Italy, cerca un HR Generalist da inserire nel HQ di Milano per supportare l’amministrazione HR, onboarding e progetti legati al People.

Il candidato ideale possiede laurea in HR, ottima padronanza dell’italiano e dell’inglese (francese gradita) e capacità di lavorare in contesto internazionale. Inquadramento: 1 anno, stipendio tra 25k e 30k euro.

Competenze

• Laurea in HR o titolo equivalente.
• Ottima conoscenza dell’italiano e dell’inglese; il francese è un plus.
• Buona padronanza di MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Buone capacità relazionali, proattività e passione per il business.
• Riservatezza, flessibilità e attenzione ai dettagli in ambiente multiculturale.

Mansioni

• Gestire l’amministrazione HR, contratti, archivi e aggiornamenti nel database HR.
• Coordinate onboarding e offboarding, con checklist e follow-up interno.
• Supportare il reclutamento per ruoli retail, in particolare per la Francia.
• Assistere in attività HR operative, monitoraggio probation, presenze e aggiornamenti dati.
• Gestire task HR ad hoc e il coordination interno di progetti HR.

Sergio Rossi, the made-in-Italy luxury footwear brand established in 1951, part of Lanvin Group, the global luxury fashion group of Fosun, is looking for a HR Generalist for our HQ in Milan (MI).

Posizione:

S/he will join Sergio Rossi Corporate HR Department based in Milan to support the following HR activities or projects:

• Manage HR administration, including contracts, employee records, HR database updates, and filing.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including document collection, checklists, and internal follow-up.
• Support recruitment for retail roles, especially France retail positions.
• Assist with basic HR operational tasks, such as probation follow-up, attendance/leave tracking support, employee data updates, and document preparation.
• Support ad hoc HR tasks, internal coordination, and HR project follow-up as needed.

Requisiti:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR and/or equivalent Master
• Excellent command of the Italian and English languages, good knowledge of French will be a plus
• Good knowledge of all MS Office tools, in particular Excel and Power Point
• Strong relational skills, proactiveness and passion for business
• Confidentiality, flexibility, attention to details, multi-cultural approach
• Interest in luxury goods industry and passion for the Brand
