Lungarno Collection in Florence is offering an internship opportunity within their HR team. The role involves collaborating on employee selection, onboarding, and various HR administrative tasks. Ideal candidates are young talents with a education in tourism, hospitality or human resources, possessing fluency in Italian and English, and demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. This full-time stage lasts 6 months, providing a supportive and refined working atmosphere with opportunities for professional growth.

Mansioni

• Collaborate in the search and selection of employees and trainees.
• Support the onboarding of new employees/trainees.
• Assist with HR administrative activities.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate in the search and selection of employees and trainees (job posting, contact with schools and training institutes, screening, phone calls, organizing and supporting interviews);
• Support the onboarding of new employees/trainees, including administrative procedures and facility tours;
• Assist with HR administrative activities: hiring/termination processes, updating and archiving personal files, verifying and collecting employee attendance/absences;
• Help prepare monthly employee reporting;
• Assist in the management of temporary staff and various economic incentives linked to teams;
• Help coordinate medical visits and training courses;
• Collaborate in organizing staff‑dedicated events;
• Work with the HR team on daily departmental activities.

Desired skills and qualifications

• Education in tourism, hospitality or human resources;
• Brief experience in HR or the hotel industry considered a plus;
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English languages;
• Good computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, etc.);
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proactive attitude, enthusiasm and attention to detail.

Additional information

• Stage duration: 6 months
• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Location: Borgo S.S. Apostoli 29, Florence
