Ariston Group is seeking an HR Data Quality Improvement Intern to support a global project enhancing HR data quality in SuccessFactors. You will help improve completeness, consistency and accuracy of data, aiding analytics and decision-making across the organization.

You will collaborate with the project team and HR stakeholders to identify data gaps, follow up on corrections, and assist in timely completion of key activities in an international HR environment.

Competenze

• Master's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with data, spreadsheets and structured information.
• Excellent Excel knowledge.
• Ability to organize activities, monitor progress and follow up with stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, accurate and results-oriented attitude.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Interest in HR processes and data management.

Mansioni

• Support review and validation of HR data in SuccessFactors.
• Monitor data completeness, consistency and accuracy across project areas.
• Identify missing or inconsistent information and maintain issue records.
• Follow up with HR stakeholders for reviews and corrections.
• Track progress of data remediation and provide updates.
• Review organisational data: entities, units, departments, cost centers, positions, reporting lines, hierarchies.
• Validate employee master data: personal, employment, contractual, job, location.
• Review compensation-related data: salary info, grades, bands, eligibility.
• Prepare and maintain data quality reports, scorecards and project docs.
• Collaborate to define and implement monitoring activities and data quality controls.
