Prysmian Group is seeking a Transformation Office Senior Analyst to join our Milan HQ hybrid team, reporting to the Head of Transformation Office. You will bridge strategy and execution, supporting decisions on growth, capital allocation, and operational excellence.
You will lead strategic assessments, drive financial analyses, and coordinate cross-functional workshops, enabling data-driven executive decisions. Fluency in English is required; Italian is a plus.

We are looking for a Transformation Office Senior Analyst to join our office in Milan, HQ, reporting to Head of Transformation Office.
The Transformation Office Senior Analyst is a core contributor to the Transmission Transformation Office and acts as a key execution and analytical engine behind strategic and operational transformation initiatives. The role bridges strategy and execution, supporting leadership decisions on growth, capital allocation, industrial footprint, and operational excellence.
This position requires strong business acumen, the ability to work across functions, and the credibility to engage with senior stakeholders.
