Ideal candidates are organized, analytical, and fluent in Italian and English, with a background in Economics or similar. This role offers a chance to learn and contribute to impactful HR initiatives within a leading global organization.

Competenze

• University degree (completed or in progress) in relevant fields.
• Experience in HR or analytical roles is a plus.
• Interest in HR and People Analytics.

Mansioni

• Support key HR processes like performance and talent reviews.
• Conduct data analysis related to workforce and performance.
• Prepare presentations and materials for HR meetings.

Conoscenze

Good communication and collaboration skills

Strong analytical mindset

Fluent in both Italian and English

Formazione
