Job summary

Prysmian Group is seeking an HR Analyst to transform people data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and OD teams to support workforce planning, reporting, and organizational design. The role offers exposure to multiple HR processes and systems.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in HR or related fields, with strong Excel skills and experience in Power BI or Tableau. English fluency is required, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel; experience using Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to support business and people-related decisions.
• Support the preparation of regular reports and dashboards on key HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, hiring activity, diversity, and employee movements.
• Support workforce planning and organizational design activities.
• Maintain and update organizational charts and HR databases.
• Assist in analyzing organizational structure
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across HR systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and HR projects.
• Prepare presentations and insights for HR and business leadership meetings.
