European Investment Bank (EIB) in Luxembourg seeks an HR Analyst – Employment & Rewards to coordinate HR processes, payroll and benefits for local agents across External Offices, ensuring timely, compliant HR services.

You will manage remuneration, contractual matters and liaise with payroll providers while aligning with internal policies; experience in international settings is an asset. This is a full-time temporary role based in Luxembourg.

Competenze

• University degree (Bachelor) in HR, Law, Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in HR, employment administration, remuneration, payroll or related fields.
• Excellent knowledge of English and/or French with good command of the other; knowledge of other EU languages is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Coordinate HR processes, payroll and benefits for local agents across External Offices.
• Liaise with external payroll and legal providers to ensure compliant HR services.
• Monitor remuneration framework and contractual requirements across countries.
• Manage external service providers and procurement for payroll and HR services.
• Maintain data in internal systems and support HR projects.
