Berluti in Ferrara, Italy, seeks an experienced HR Administration & Payroll Manager to oversee personnel administration, payroll operations, budgeting, and HR analytics within the HR & General Services department.

The role requires 7–10 years in HR administration with payroll expertise, fluency in Italian and English, and strong Excel/HRIS skills (Zucchetti, SuccessFactors a plus). It is an on-site position with a target annual gross salary around €50k plus a 5% bonus.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of experience in HR Administration with payroll and budgeting focus.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits, and labor law.
• Analytical, proactive, detail‑oriented, data driven, and able to work in a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems (Zucchetti, SuccessFactors a plus).

Mansioni

• HR Administration & Compliance: Manage HR administration, ensure data integrity and compliance with mandatory communications, accidents, and statutory requirements.
• Payroll Operations: Oversee payroll processing with external provider, ensuring timely, compliant payroll and responsive employee inquiries.
• Time & Attendance: Manage time/attendance using Zucchetti, ensuring accurate tracking and policy adherence.
• Reporting & Analytics: Prepare headcount, attendance, leave, overtime and other internal/group reports for decision making.
• Employment Law & Contracts: Oversee contracts in line with labor laws and regulatory updates.
• Budgeting & Cost Control: Support development and monitoring of annual payroll budget.
• Compensation & Review: Contribute to annual salary review and variable compensation processes.
• HR Systems & Innovation: Promote HRIS solutions to drive efficiency across HR processes.
