NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) is seeking an HR professional to support staff in Italy—Puglia. The role requires vocational training (or equivalent) with post-related experience, plus hands-on HR services and people management support.

Strong MS Office skills and excellent interpersonal abilities are essential. The position emphasizes discretion and professionalism in a multicultural environment, with a focus on staff engagement and administrative support.

Competenze

• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 2 years' post-related experience.
• Experience in HR, business administration, or a related field with exposure to HR service delivery or people management support.
• Sound digital literacy with experience in using office automation systems and software applications, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage staff and managers at all levels in a multicultural environment.

• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline and 2 years' post-related experience. Acceptable alternatives: secondary education and 4 years' post-related experience, or an equivalent education combined with an appropriate amount of relevant, professional experience.
• Experience in HR, business administration, or a related field, with demonstrated exposure to HR service delivery or people management support activities.
• Sound digital literacy with experience in using office automation systems and software applications, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with staff and managers at all levels of the organisation, handling sensitive matters with discretion, and maintaining professionalism in a multicultural environment.
