Avio Aero, part of CC2020 GE Avio S.r.l., is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to own the industrialization of the assigned area manufacturing processes, developing the manufacturing plan and improving robustness, quality, cost and capacity.

You will collaborate with design engineers and suppliers, manage tooling design, drive supplier tooling, lead design and process reviews, support first production, validate against internal procedures, and promote best practices across manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or Bachelor with relevant experience.
• Experience in production/manufacturing domain.
• Fluent Italian and English; work visa compliant.

Responsabilités

• Support concurrent engineering activities with design engineers and customers.
• Define tooling/router design effort between external suppliers and Avio Aero Manufacturing Engineering.
• Drive suppliers of tooling from concept to functional test and validation.
• Manage design and process reviews to monitor industrialization/improvement plans for the assigned P/N.
• Support operating personnel during production of the first batch.
• Manage technical validation according to internal procedures.
• Identify processes to optimize and implement improvements.
• Support Customer Quality Engineering for anomaly reports and improvements.
