St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Florence, Italy is seeking a Non-Management Housekeeping & Laundry professional to ensure quality standards throughout guest areas. Inspect rooms, coordinate with departments, and support daily housekeeping operations while adhering to safety and company policies.

You will assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and coaching staff, and maintain professional guest service standards and appearance.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Mansioni

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after cleaning to ensure quality standards.
• Run sold room reports, verify room status, prioritize room cleaning and update status of departing rooms.
• Coordinate efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and coaching employees.
• Follow all safety policies and protect company assets.
