W Hotels Poltu Quatu in Porto Cervo, Sardinia, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to respond to guest repair requests and perform preventive maintenance on guestroom and hotel systems. This full-time, non-management role requires hands-on skills and a commitment to safety and quality.

You will inspect equipment, maintain inventory, coordinate with shifts, and follow hotel policies. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required; hospitality experience is a plus.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Driver’s license required.
• Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation or painting helpful.
• Hotel engineering or maintenance experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Respond to guest repair requests and resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and systems.
• Inspect and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and mechanical components.
• Maintain tools, inventory, and work area following safety standards.
