The Social Hub in Italy is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our hotel running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll work with the Maintenance Manager to fix issues, perform checks, and maintain guest comfort and safety across the property.

You’ll handle routine repairs, preventative tasks, and collaborate with contractors as needed, bringing a practical, independent approach and a friendly, professional vibe to the team.

Competenze

• At least 2 years in a similar maintenance role, ideally in hospitality.
• Strong hands-on technical skills and DIY mindset.
• Calm under pressure and quick problem solver.
• Independent worker who also collaborates with a small team.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
• Fluent Italian or Italian language skills.
• Positive, professional, guest-friendly attitude.

Mansioni

• Handle day-to-day maintenance issues across the hotel, from plumbing and lighting to locks and small repairs.
• Perform daily walkarounds and keep indoor/outdoor areas clean, safe, and presentable.
• Carry out preventative maintenance checks to spot issues before they become problems.
• Tackle minor painting and cosmetic fixes when a refresh is needed.
• Support and coordinate external contractors for specialist work.
• Monitor stock levels for tools, materials, and spare parts.
• Assist Maintenance Manager on ad hoc tasks as required.
