Qualifications

• Ensure facility safety and compliance across mechanical, electrical, HVAC and life-safety systems.
• Manage daily maintenance operations and document work in the property management system.
• Oversee external contractors and inspect completed work for quality and compliance.
• Address maintenance requests and guest concerns promptly and efficiently.
