Qualifications

Strong ability to diagnose and repair technical faults.
Electrical Licence A or relevant certification is a plus.
Teamwork to collaborate with hotel staff.

Responsibilities

General Maintenance: perform routine repairs across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
Timely Execution: complete tasks professionally to ensure seamless operations.
Routine Inspections: monitor MEP systems as directed by management.
Reporting & Follow-up: log issues and follow up on work orders.
Troubleshooting: diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical or plumbing faults.
Preventive Maintenance: support HVAC, lighting, and water system upkeep.
Equipment Maintenance: keep kitchen, laundry, and operational appliances in working order.
Safety & Compliance: assist in maintaining building safety standards.
Workplace Safety: maintain a safe working environment and follow procedures.
