Zuma Restaurants in Rome is seeking a Host/Hostess to welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensure a seamless guest experience in a luxury high-volume setting.

You will be the face of Zuma, delivering warm hospitality, coordinating with the team, and contributing to the vibrant atmosphere that Zuma is known for globally. Training and development are part of the role, with opportunities across our global brands.

• handle phone calls with courtesy and assist with inquiries or bookings
• manage reservations, confirmations, and bookings to keep the flow smooth
• keep the reception area spotless and inviting
• assist guests with requests, ensuring they’re guided to the right team or area
• communicate effectively during shift handovers to maintain a seamless operation
