Experimental Roma is opening mid-2026 on Via Ludovisi and is seeking a passionate hospitality professional to join our opening team in Rome. You will help deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage service in one or more sections, and uphold our standards of efficiency and warmth.

We value knowledge of the restaurant industry, English fluency, and familiarity with Opera and Symphony software. Proactive, autonomous and well-organised candidates will thrive in our innovative environment.

Competenze

• Strong knowledge of the restaurant industry and hospitality experience.
• Good command of English is required.
• Knowledge of Opera and Symphony software is a plus; additional language is appreciated.

Mansioni

• Know the menu and dish composition.
• Ensure guest and team satisfaction daily.
• Set up service requirements for lunch and dinner.
• Lead service of one or more sections and manage orders.
• Enforce service standards and procedures.
• Assist management with training and supervision of the team.
• Supervise staff schedules and evaluations.
• Support promotions and sales of hotel services.
• Consider allergens and dietary requirements.
