Experimental Roma is opening mid-2026 on Via Ludovisi and is seeking a passionate hospitality professional to join our opening team in Rome. You will help deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage service in one or more sections, and uphold our standards of efficiency and warmth.

We value knowledge of the restaurant industry, English fluency, and familiarity with Opera and Symphony software. Proactive, autonomous and well-organised candidates will thrive in our innovative environment.

ABOUT EXPERIMENTAL ROMA

Opening in mid-2026 on Via Ludovisi, just off the legendary Via Veneto, Experimental Roma will be a vibrant and cinematic new destination from Experimental.

Housed in a former bank, the hotel has been transformed by interior designer Rodolphe Parente into a space that embodies the essence of la dolce vita : elegant, timeless, and irresistibly Italian.

The property will feature 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, and a spectacular rooftop with a suspended pool offering breathtaking views over the magnificent cityscape of Rome.

ABOUT THE JOB

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

• Knowing the menu and the composition of dishes inside and out.


• Ensuring guest satisfaction as well as team satisfaction on a daily basis.


• Ensuring compliance with the setup requirements for the different services (lunch and dinner).


• Participating in and organising the service of one or more sections: taking and following up on orders, table service, clearing tables.


• Ensuring the application of all service standards and procedures.


• Assisting the Management team with the training, motivation, and supervision of the team.


• Supervising and managing operational teams: staff schedules, training, evaluations.


• Participating in the promotion and sales of the hotel’s services.


• Taking into consideration intolerances (allergens, dietary requirements).

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a candidate with a strong knowledge of the restaurant industry, previous experience in the hospitality sector and a good command of English. Knowledge of Opera and Symphony software, as well as an additional language, would be appreciated.

Finally, if you are proactive, autonomous, adaptable, well-organised and have a strong sense of initiative, if you are efficient in managing priorities and have excellent guest relations and customer service skills, then this position is made for you.
