Experimental Roma, opening in October 2026 on Via Ludovisi, will be a vibrant new destination in Rome. Under the supervision of the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee restaurant operations, ensure consistent service, and create a welcoming guest-focused environment.

You will train and supervise the restaurant team, support the manager's training plan, manage payroll and inventory, and ensure health and safety standards are up to date.

Competenze

• Experience in hospitality management and guest service excellence.
• Ability to train and supervise hospitality staff.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

• Oversee restaurant operations and ensure smooth venue running.
