Mandarin Oriental, Milan is seeking a Shift Technician to join the Engineering team and maintain hotel facilities on-site. You will work to address guest room requests, perform routine checks, and update work orders while coordinating with hotel departments.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of relevant experience, with plumbing, air conditioning, or painting/decorating specialties preferred. English and Italian language skills are essential, and prior hotel or guest services experience is a

Competenze

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Specialization in Plumbing/Air Conditioning Engineering/Painting & Decorating is an advantage.
• Strong technical knowledge in property maintenance.
• Good English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Work independently on required requests for guest rooms and on guest floors.
• Carry out routine checking and maintenance for the hotel.
• Assist in updating work order status and record in computer accordingly.
• Communicate with departments or other relevant parties for work status.
• Certificate of First Aid and mandatory Security training.
