H-FARM Sports Academy in Roncade (TV), Italy, seeks an Academic Mentor to bridge student-athletes' sporting ambitions with their academic and personal development, guiding holistic growth across intellectual and emotional dimensions.

You will support mindset development, online learning, and ongoing one-to-one mentorship within a multidisciplinary team to help students thrive academically and athletically.

Competenze

• Degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields.
• Experience working in educational settings with student-athletes.
• Understanding of competitive sports environments.

Mansioni

• Academic and personal support: guide students in their personal growth, integrating academic and athletic goals.
• Mindset development: support the development of students’ resilience, character, collaboration, and Human Skills.
• Online learning support: attend Saudi online lessons and assist students in their learning process.
• Ongoing mentorship: provide one-to-one support to help students manage competitive pressure and academic challenges.
