H-FARM Venice is seeking an exceptional MYP/DP Master Teacher of Computer Science to join from August 2026, delivering high quality lessons and leading curriculum development. The Master Teacher will mentor colleagues and elevate the CS program across the department.

The role requires at least 7 years in an international school, a relevant Master’s degree and teaching qualifications, and a track record of measurable student success in IB programs.

Competenze

• Minimum 7 years of recent experience in a world-class international school.
• Master’s degree and teacher qualification in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field is advantageous.
• Experience in reputable international schools and driving high academic standards.
• Proven track record of outstanding student outcomes and academic success.
• Curriculum development, assessment, data-driven instruction and inquiry-based lesson planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, staff and parents.
• Right to work in Italy (EU passport or valid Italian work VISA) encouraged.
• Experience preparing students for international competitions in Robotics, Math, Physics, and Science.
• Experience in IB (MYP/DP) environments preferred.
• Proficiency with digital tools to enhance learning.
• Fluent English (C1-C2).

Who we are looking for

We are seeking anexceptionalandexperienced MYP/DP Master Teacher of Computer Science fromAugust 2026to join our school and play a pivotal role in driving excellence in Teaching and Learning. This is an opportunity for a candidate with a proven track record of delivering outstanding student outcomes, who can inspire not only learners but also colleagues through innovative practices and academic leadership.

The Master Teacher will not only deliver high-quality lessons but will also contribute to the broader development of the Computer Science curriculum, mentor teachers, and elevate standards across the department.

The Master Teacher will be also part of a special scholarship programme dedicated exclusively to talents in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, and Design Technology.

Job Responsabilities

• A minimum of 7 years of recent and relevant experience in a world-class international school.
• A relevant Master’s degree and teacher qualification (eg: Computer Science, Mathematics, or another related field from an accredited, state-approved programme) is an advantage.
• Applicants should demonstrate experience in reputable or top-tier international schools and drive high academic standards, demonstrate a track record of measurable student success across key stages.
• A proven track record of outstanding student outcomes and academic success.
• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, assessment, and data-driven instruction, and proven ability to plan and deliver innovative inquiry-based lessons that engage students and address their diverse learning needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and parents effectively.
• Right to work in Italy (EU passport or valid Italian work VISA) will be will be highly regarded.
• Proven experience in preparing students for international competitions in Robotics, Mathematics, Physics, and Science(eg: World Robot Olympiad, International Mathematical Olympiad, International Physics Olympiad, International Junior Science Olympiad, etc...) will be highly appreciated.
• Relevant teaching experience within the subject area(s), preferably in an IB school (MYP and/or DP) will be highly appreciated.
• Demonstrated ability to use digital tools and resources effectively to enhance learning will be highly regarded.
• Fluent English: reading, speaking, writing (level C1-C2).

Salary range: €28.000 - €40.000 gross per year
