THE·TEAM is seeking a Director of Partnership Development to lead endorsement, sponsorship and marketing strategies for football clients from Milan. You will identify opportunities, negotiate deals and build a strong pipeline across brands and markets, reporting to senior leadership.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in sports marketing, deep industry relationships, and a track record of creating sustainable revenue growth for athletes and brands. English and Italian fluency are required.

Formación

10+ years of experience in sports marketing, partnerships or related commercial field.
Proven ability to develop, negotiate and close athlete endorsement and brand partnerships.
Strong relationships across brands, agencies and the sports marketing industry.
Experience managing senior client and stakeholder relationships.
Deep understanding of football, athlete marketing and partnership landscape.
Fluency in English and Italian.
